The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association recently held their 36th annual OBIE Awards. The awards, named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given, are the premier awards in the new home construction industry. Awards are given to recognize outstanding achievement in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement categories.
We won three Gold OBIE Awards for our premiere development The Water Tower Stacks (TWTS) located in the Old Fourth Ward. Awards include Single Family Attached Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization – $600,000 and above, Single Family Zero Lot Line – $600,000 and above and Single Family Attached All Builders – $700,000 – $799,999.
