Wow, What a Night! It’s OBIE Time

Epic Development was recognized again last night at the Atlanta Homebuilder’s Annual OBIE Awards presentation dinner where we received an award in each of the four categories in which we competed.

Rick Bennett, Director for Design and Construction said, “It’s just another indication that we’re onto something. We work diligently to understand the latest trends and bring the most valuable ones to the market in a way that our customers can appreciate and afford.”

His partner Jim LaVallee, Director for Marketing and Development added, “We appreciate so much the ability to live and work in the Atlanta market which is so vibrant, challenging and engaging. The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association deserves a lot of credit along with tonight’s winners for all they do to promote quality construction in our great city.”

This year’s additional OBIE Awards bring Epic Development’s total to nine.

“Our goal is to contribute to our industry and improve the options available to our customers even more in the future,” adds LaVallee.

The OBIE Awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to now feature more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories in which to enter. The OBIE Awards, named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given, are the premier awards in the new home construction industry. Awards are given to recognize outstanding achievement in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement categories. The Sales and Marketing Council of the HBA presents the annual OBIE Awards every November. OBIE Award recipients stand out among their peers and are recognized for their outstanding achievements.
