We are happy to announce that we have released the much anticipated floor plans for our newest project in the Old Fourth Ward, The Water Tower Stacks. The development will consist of eight townhomes and two single family homes, and units will range in size from 2,000 to 3,400 square feet.
Preliminary site work has begun and construction should begin in the next 30 days. We will set the pricing on the units as soon as we obtain final approval from the City of Atlanta on the vertical construction plans. The interiors of these homes will feature modern kitchens and baths, concrete floors, high quality appliances, rooftop gardens and much more.
