Rick Bennett has been working diligently to finalize his plans for Epic Development’s latest Candler Park home. While these renderings are still preliminary elevations, they will give one a sneak preview of what’s to come.

The home is a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, prairie modern design with five bedrooms and four and a half baths.  Common elements are to be found in the much more expensive home we just finished in northwest Atlanta, at 1180 East Beechwood Road.

Like the Beechwood Home, the Candler Park property is on a unique and hard-to-find lot. It is wide, level, rear-alley served and only three blocks from the Mary Lin Elementary School and Candler Park. Construction will begin this spring.
