This past summer, we built our first home in this community; a true modern design located right off of Highland Avenue near Glen Iris Drive. We couldn’t even finish framing the house before it was placed under contract! In addition to building homes in the Old Fourth Ward, the Epic Development team is committed to giving back to the community. We have adopted a portion of the East Side Trail of the Atlanta Beltline, and we recently completed a clean-up day in which we collected more than 30 bags of trash.
