Epic Development is acquiring two lots in the popular LaVista Park subdivision located just off LaVista and Cheshire Bridge Roads. LaVista Park is known for a wide selection of housing ranging from the $300s for un-renovated older ranches to over $1 million for new modern homes. In addition to some of the most friendly neighbors Rick and I have
encountered, key selling points of this neighborhood include, as the name suggests, a great, close-in Morningside/Buckhead location, quick access to all of midtown and downtown Atlanta’s amenities, and perhaps the very best feature: the very low un-incorporated DeKalb County real estate taxes.
It may take us a few months to work through the pre-development issues, but we anticipate starting construction in the Spring on two modern style homes, designed by Eric Rawlings.
