
Sales transactions are up substantially and, when one strips out the “under $200,000” segment of the market (which is still
heavily distressed and discounted) the balance is becoming relatively healthy and tightening. In fact, in the “$500,000 to $700,000” segment, there are very few distressed sales!
With the limited number of homes available, sales in less than 60 days are routine for those that are priced correctly. Keller Williams’ outlook is for continued improvement.
