Epic Development is not only committed to building phenomenal homes, but also to the redevelopment of the neighborhoods we build in, including the Old Fourth Ward. Recently, we donated $200 to the Fourth Ward Alliance to help replace missing neighborhood sign toppers. The Fourth Ward Alliance is one of four neighborhood groups in the Old Fourth Ward. Their boundaries are North Avenue to the north, Boulevard to the west, Freedom Parkway to the south and the BeltLine to the east. The Alliance meets the second Thursday of the month at the AMLI Old Fourth Ward Apartments at 7:00 p.m.
We are currently building two new homes in the Old Fourth Ward and have three additional homes in planning. We have starting building at 416 Glen Iris Drive which is going to be a two story modern style home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. This home is already under contract, but we will be breaking ground soon at 582 Morgan Street.
