We are close to completing the four additional homes in the Charleston-style cluster development located in Norcross. These will
add to the half dozen existing homes in the community.
In the field and on-site every day, Rick Bennett and Joe Yu have done their best to keep everything moving forward. Nevertheless, the significant rainy weather in early January slowed our progress, especially the major common area upgrades planned for the development. Our initial projection was for delivery at the end of January. We now estimate delivery before the end
of February.
