We are absolutely thrilled to announce another big win for Epic Development. This time, it’s the Bronze Award in Whole House $200,000 to $500,000 category in the Qualified Remodeler’s Master Design Awards.
The national magazine, with a circulation of more than 81,000 corporate executives and managers in the remodeling industry, holds these awards every year and this was Epic Development’s first entry.
All the winners will be featured in the September issue of QR and on the magazine’s website at ForResidentialPros.com.
The winning property (before and after photo below) was the modern prairie style redesigned home on Beechwood in Atlanta. The completely rejuvenated 3,800 square feet home was originally built in 1970 and sits on an acre of land off West Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, Rick Bennett, Epic Development’s director for design and construction, created an original Epic Development design, which is a style he calls Modern Prairie. The home, with an open floor plan on a natural wooded setting with huge windows, decks and outdoor living areas, overlooks a meandering creek and 25 foot waterfall. The six bedroom, four and one-half bath house received a complete makeover.
Representatives from Epic Development will accept the award at the ceremony in Baltimore in October.
