The 2016 Virginia-Highland Summerfest is this Saturday and Sunday in the heart of Virginia Highland. Summerfest is the annual fundraiser for the Virginia-Highland Civic Association, Inc. which supports neighborhood improvements and provides financial support to local parks, schools, libraries and other organizations serving Virginia-Highland residents.
This year’s festival kicks off Saturday morning with a 5K Road Race and Tot Trot through the neighborhood. The festival will also feature an Artist Market featuring over 220 artists from the southeast, food from local restaurants, music and a KidsFest featuring unique games, crafts, music and activities for children of all ages.
Don’t get frustrated trying to park at this year’s Summerfest, walk, run or cycle on the Atlanta BeltLine! We will be breaking ground soon on our newest addition to the Old Fourth Ward which is walking distance to the BeltLine. Located at 523 Morgan Street, this new Modern style home will feature three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
This three level home will feature a very open main level including modern kitchen with island, separate dining area and family room with fireplace that opens to the front porch. The kitchen will feature wood cabinets, stone countertops, tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. There will be hardwood floors throughout the main level.
The second level features a master bedroom with private bathroom, oversized walk-in closet and balcony with storage closet. There are two additional bedrooms, a hall bathroom and laundry room on this floor.
The home also has a terrace level with one car garage and mechanical room with additional space for storage. For more information, contact Scott Eaves at (404) 518-3820 or scott@EpicDevelopment.com.
