The 17th annual Junior League of Atlanta Tour of Kitchens is this Saturday and Sunday, March 29th and 30th. The tour features seven kitchens in North Atlanta on Saturday and seven intown kitchens on Sunday. Each kitchen will feature a local celebrity chef including Chef Ed Harris, Season 4 winner of the Food Network’s Chopped. He is the tour’s first “child friendly” chef, and his demonstration will promote healthy recipes related to JLA’s commitment to reduce childhood obesity.
The Tour of Kitchens has raised more than $1 million dollars since its inception to advance the Junior League of Atlanta mission of promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
