The Virginia-Highland Tour of Homes is this Saturday, December 7th, from 10:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 8th, from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  This year’s tour features eight homes including several renovated bungalows, a 1920’s Georgian Revival style home, a contemporary new home and a bonus stop is the new Briarcliff Summit, originally the Briarcliff Hotel built by Coca-Cola Founder Asa Candler.  To preview the homes, visit the tour’s website 

Each home has been paired with a neighborhood restaurant and will feature food samplings each day from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Proceeds from the tour will be used for parks improvements, safety, sidewalk and traffic concerns, planning and preservation efforts in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood.
