Epic Development plans to start 2014 off with a bang, and those plans were set in motion as the company recently received approval from the city of Atlanta to rezone the site located at 627 Irwin Street. Situated at the intersection of Irwin Street and Auburn Avenue in Old Fourth Ward, the property is adjacent to the exclusive Inman Park community, one of Atlanta’s oldest subdivisions. Epic Development’s plans for the property include building a 10-unit, high-end development featuring eight attached townhomes and two detached single-family homes.
