We’re excited to announce that Scott Eaves (pictured above) has joined the Epic Development team to oversee the company’s land/lot acquisitions, corporate and property marketing. In this role, Eaves will work on land and lot acquisitions – from acquiring to managing – and build relationships in the community to promote Epic Development.

Eaves’ previously worked at Riverstone Residential as an assistant property manager, and before that, a leasing consultant. His real estate work began in 2003 with Palmerhouse Properties Realty where he served as an associate broker. Eaves graduated with a bachelor of science in economics and a minor in management from Georgia State University. He is a former member of the National Association of Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors, and he is a current member of The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and the Atlanta Bocce Ball League. Eaves resides in Atlanta.
