The Atlanta Building News Spring 2011 issue featured an article titled “Remodeling Renaissance” that discussed trends for home building companies and highlighted several builders in the area including Epic Development.
The majority of the pictures seen in this article are our projects. While most builders are currently sitting on the sidelines, our company has continued to grow even during the recession. We have a number of active construction projects ranging from the high $200Ks to the high $900Ks, as well as several custom build jobs.
Our projects are located throughout the in-town market and include the following neighborhoods: Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, East Lake, Decatur, Ormewood Park, East Atlanta, Old 4th Ward, and Norcross.
This month, we were selected as the exclusive builder to complete the Clear Creek Cottages subdivision in Norcross. Clear Creek is a great development in an ideal location, in walking distance of restaurants and shops.
