Berne25

Homeowners Clint Deveaux and Merinda Herron of Parkside Overlook were recently featured in the AJC Home and Garden section.  The couple downsized from over 4,800 square feet in the Old Fourth Ward to just over 2,700 square feet.  They purchased the Berne unit which features four bedrooms and three bathrooms including a guest bedroom and bathroom on the main level.

Deveaux and Herron describe their favorite parts of the home throughout the article.  The main level features a very open floor plan including family room with gas fireplace, separate dining area and a gourmet kitchen.  The couple enjoys entertaining, so the kitchen has become the most important room in the house.  Herron comments that the kitchen is actually larger than their old house and features numerous built-ins including a custom built cabinet for her cookbooks.

The addition of an elevator makes it easier for Merinda to move from floor to floor.  The second floor features three bedrooms including the master bedroom, a laundry room and a walk-in attic.  The master bathroom has a heated tile floor and Herron has added an European style towel rack that is heated.

Although Parkside Overlook has sold out, we are currently building in Brookhaven, Riverside, Northeast Atlanta, Sandy Springs and the Old Fourth Ward.  For more information, visit www.EpicDevelopment.com or contact Scott Eaves at (404) 518-3820.
