Don’t miss the second annual Old Fourth Ward Arts Festival this weekend, a two-day celebration of community and tradition that’s presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces. Held Saturday, June 28 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 29 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., the event is a major celebration of the arts that also honors the rich history of the local community.

The Old Fourth Ward Arts Festival offers something for everyone, including fine arts and crafts, children’s play area, local food and beverage concessions and live acoustic entertainment. In addition, this year’s festival will include a new “Emerging Artists” pavilion that is specifically for new artists and artisans.

We are currently putting the final touches on a new Modern-style home in the heart of Old Fourth Ward at 582 Morgan St. This home’s excellent location will put its new owners within walking distance to the Historic Fourth Ward Park, the BeltLine and the soon-to-open Ponce City Market!

This new home on Morgan Street will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a guest bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The open floor plan has nine-foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the main floor, which includes a family room with a modern fireplace and custom mantle, a formal dining room and a must-see kitchen that is complete with custom flat-panel cabinets, quartz countertops with a waterfall feature, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and an oversized island that overlooks the family room. In addition, there is a deck off of the main level, which makes this the perfect home for entertaining.

The second floor of the home features two secondary bedrooms, a hall bathroom and the laundry room. The new owners will enjoy relaxing in the large master suite, which has two walk-in closets and a spa-like bath that includes double vanities and an oversized shower with double showerheads, built-in bench and a frameless surround.

The terrace level of this spacious home features a finished bonus room with stained concrete floors and a two-car garage.

This new Old Fourth Ward home from Epic Development is expected to have a mid-summer completion date and is currently being offered at $625,000.  For more information, contact Scott Eaves at (404) 518-3820 or scott@epicdevelopment.com.
