Epic Development is starting work on three new homes around Atlanta. One is in the Oak Hurst / East Lake area. It will be Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Prairie-Modern, will have four bedrooms and three baths on a secluded over sized lot. Framing is under way and the home should be complete by late March.
The second new home is located off prestigious Long Island Drive in Sandy Springs. It is a five bedroom, three and one half bath, 3 car traditional home with a full basement. The basement walls are being poured this week, according to Rick Bennett.
The third home will start in a week. The permit has been acquired for new in town residence located in Ormewood Park. The home will feature four bedrooms and three full baths. It is located on a hard-to-find level in-town lot.
