Inman Park Festival 2016The 45th annual Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Inman Park is located just two miles east of downtown, and is Atlanta’s first planned community dating back to 1890 and is one of the nation’s first garden suburbs. The Tour of Homes starts on Friday, and features 10 homes including the Inman Park United Methodist Church.  With the entire neighborhood listed on the National Register of Historic Places, tour goers are sure to be amazed by what they see.

The festival is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, and features a juried Arts and Crafts Show with more than 150 fine artists, a street market with more than 250 vendors, music throughout the day, food from Inman Park’s awesome restaurants, a Kidzone and the city’s funkiest and most eclectic spring parade on Saturday afternoon.

Inman Park is a short walk on the BeltLine from our newest home in the Old Fourth Ward.   Located at 523 Morgan Street, this home will feature three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with a drive under one car garage.  The very open main level includes hardwood floors throughout, a modern kitchen with island, separate dining area and family room that opens to the front porch.

The second level features a master bedroom with private bathroom, oversized walk-in closet and balcony with storage closet.  There are two additional bedrooms, a hall bathroom and laundry room on this floor.  For more information, contact Scott Eaves at (404) 518-3820 or scott@epicdevelopment.com.
