The Inman Park Neighborhood Association proudly presents the 42nd Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes this weekend.  Inman Park is located just two miles east of downtown, is Atlanta’s first planned community dating back to 1890 and is one of the nation’s first garden suburbs. The Tour of Homes starts on Friday, and features eight homes including a former corner store, three gardens, the Wrecking Bar Brewery, the Inman Park Cooperative Preschool and the Inman Park United Methodist Church.  With the entire neighborhood listed on the National Register of Historic Places, tour goers are sure to be amazed by what they see. The festival is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, and features a juried Arts and Crafts Show with more than 150 fine artists, a street market with more than 250 vendors, music throughout the day, food from Inman Park’s awesome restaurants, a Kidzone and the city’s funkiest and most eclectic spring parade on Saturday afternoon.

If you fall in love with the feeling of this historic neighborhood, be sure to check out our modern and modern prairie style homes located within walking distance of Inman Park. While our homes may not be historic, we guarantee you’ll love the modern designs and amenities they offer all within walking distance of Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods.
