Epic Development has just received the 2012 OBIE Award entry materials. The company has won numerous awards in the past two years and in 2010, we won more than any home builder in Atlanta. So we’re eager to outdo ourselves this year!
The Obie Awards are given to recognize outstanding achievement in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement categories. The Sales and Marketing Council of the HBA presents the annual OBIE Awards every November. OBIE Award recipients stand out among their peers and are recognized for their oustanding achievements. This year Epic Development is competing in a record 6 categories. Jim LaVallee, head of marketing and sales, noted we have some great properties to enter this year including some original designs by our partner Rick Bennett. The entry process is grueling and typically requires several days of work per property to assimilate all the information the judges will review. The results are announced in November at the annual award banquet.
