On Thursday December 13, 2012, EpiCity Inc and Epic Development hosted their annual Holiday Party in Candler Park. The party was held at 331 Candler Park Drive, Epic Development’s latest Modern Prairie style home. The home was recently completed and is now up for sale. We had it fully staged and decorated for the party by Amira Mamdani. Luminaries lighted the sidewalk as guests were welcomed on the modern designed front porch with brick and stone accents. The home features a very open floor plan that provided ample room for the 100+ guests that attended to mix and mingle. The gourmet kitchen was the staging ground for the caterers, Melancon’s Catering and the oversized kitchen island was the perfect place to serve the delicious food! To the left of the kitchen there is a mud room/laundry room that served as a prepping area for the caterers and was out of sight of the guests. The living room with a stone fireplace, formal dining room and rear deck provided additional space for guests to enjoy the party. The home has a home automation system with built in speakers that allowed us to play holiday music throughout the home. The party went well into the evening with the last guests leaving after 10:00 p.m.
