Grant-Park-Tour-of-Homes
The 2014 Grant Park Candlelight Tour of Homes is this Saturday, December 13th and Sunday, December 14th from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. This year’s tour includes nine private homes, the Lemuel P. Grant Mansion and Saint Paul United Methodist Church. In addition to the tour, there will be visits with Santa Claus, caroling, an artist market and bake sale and a Christmas concert. The tour will benefit three Grant Park non-profits including the Grant Park Cooperative Preschool, Saint Paul United Methodist Church and the Grant Parent Network. To preview the homes, visit the tour’s website.

If you love the Grant Park area and would like to call it home, be sure to check out our newest community, Parkside Overlook. With only a limited number of homes available, this unique enclave of six semi-detached homes in Grant Park has just a limited number of opportunities remaining.

Currently available are two homes located at 640 Marion St. Both homes will offer three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with prices beginning in the $300,000s. The first floor features a very open floor plan with an entry foyer, family room with a modern gas fireplace, a formal dining room, a modern kitchen with an island and a one-car garage. The second floor includes two secondary bedrooms, a hall bathroom, laundry room and a spacious master suite.
