garden lights
Last Saturday, The Atlanta Botanical Garden opened its holiday light show, Garden Lights, Holiday Nights, with over one million twinkling lights over the garden’s 30 acres.

This year’s electrical extravaganza features all new color schemes and the one-time-only appearance of giant Butterflies, a Unicorn, Frogs and Shaggy Dog from Imaginary Worlds.

The Edible Garden sprouts a harvest of illuminated corn behind an arch of luminescent ladybugs. Look for other Brilliant Bugs like bright butterflies and ethereal dragonflies with shimmering wings. In the Fuqua Conservatory, the exotic Poinsettia Wall returns outside the Radiant Rainforest, along with the grand Poinsettia Tree and the adorable Bear Family in the Fuqua Orchid Center.

Don’t forget to check out the Holiday Model Train Show and take a ride on the Botanical Express Ride-on-Train.

The light show runs nightly through January 3th.
