The inaugural Howl-O-Ween Festival and Parade will be held this Saturday, Oct. 26th from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Freedom Barkway site, the Old Fourth Ward’s proposed dog park. The festival will feature a pet costume parade at noon, a Halloween carnival, food trucks, rock n’ roll music from Marshall Ruffin, beer trucks and much more!

Freedom Barkway is a two-acre site located at the corner of Boulevard and Freedom Parkway, and it will feature two dog parks, water fountains, running areas and walking trails. The park will connect to the Freedom Park Trails and the nearby Atlanta BeltLine.

We are breaking ground on another modern-style home in the Old Fourth Ward at 582 Morgan Street, located just minutes away from Freedom Barkway.  This three-story home will feature four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a guest bedroom and full bath on the main level. The open floor plan features a modern kitchen with custom cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island. The kitchen overlooks the family room with fireplace and the oversized rear deck. The main level is complete with a formal dining room.

The third floor of the home features two secondary bedrooms, a hall bathroom, laundry room and master suite. The master bathroom features double vanities and an oversized shower with double shower heads and frameless glass enclosure.

Scheduled to be finished in the early spring of 2014, the home also has a two-car drive-under garage with an unfinished bonus room.  For more information about this home, contact Scott Eaves at (404) 518-3820 or scott@epicdevelopment.com.   View all the details of our current listings here.  For more information about commercial real estate operations or investment visitEpiCity.com.
