Epic Development’s Principal, Rick Bennett, was recently selected for the class of 2013 “Forty Under 40” by Professional Remodeler magazine. Recipients were chosen from over 100 entries, and this year’s class joins the previous 80 recipients of this prestigious honor. One highlight of Rick’s career is the remodeling of a 1960’s contemporary home which has won numerous local and national awards. When he is not managing Epic Development’s construction projects, Rick enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with his two english bulldogs and caring for his newborn baby.
