Krog-Street-Market-300x336The Luminary opened this past Tuesday and became the first restaurant to open at the new Krog Street Market in Inman Park.  The Luminary is the first restaurant by Atlanta native and “Top Chef:  Las Vegas” alum Eli Kirshtein.  Named after Atlanta’s historic first newspaper, Kirshtein describes The Luminary as an American brasserie with regional influences.   The Luminary is currently open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and lunch hours will begin in the coming weeks.

The opening of The Luminary is just the beginning for Krog Street Market.  Located at the corner of Irwin and Krog streets, KSM is a retail redevelopment project featuring the adaptive re-use and conversion of the 1920s Stove Works manufacturing warehouse facility.  With more than 35,000 square feet of leasable space, Krog Street Market will feature an expansive selection of produce, goods and prepared foods. Tenants include The Collective, Pannus Bakery, French Market Florist, Grand Champion BBQ, The Spotted Trotter, The Little Tart Bakeshop, Gu’s Dumplings, Fred’s Meat & Bread, The Cockentrice, Inman Park Pet Works, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Spice Road Chicken, Craft Izakaya, Hop City, XOCOLATL, Mama Bath & Body, Yalla and many more!

The Water Tower Stacks.Corner Rendering.8x11Located just around the corner on Irwin Street, we are starting our newest project, The Water Tower Stacks, which consists of  10 unique residences including eight attached townhomes and two detached homes.  Featuring four floors of living space, including a unique rooftop space that affords incredible views of downtown, these homes will range from 2,000 to 3,400 square feet. The Water Tower Stacks were designed using modern architecture that will blend in with the industrial design found throughout the Old Fourth Ward community, and this design scheme is reflected on the interior of the homes as well, with optional private elevators, hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and modern baths.

In addition to being located within walking distance of the Krog Street Market, homeowners at The Water Tower Stacks are also close to the new Ponce City Market, Inman Park, Historic Fourth Ward Park and the Atlanta BeltLine.

The 10 units at The Water Tower Stacks will be available for move-in during summer 2015. Interested buyers should register now to be on the VIP Buyer’s List and be among the first to find out exclusive pricing and availability information.
