This Saturday marks the first day of Fall, and there are numerous events happening around Atlanta.  Celebrate the changing of the seasons at Music Midtown 2012  in Piedmont Park.  This two day music festival starts Friday evening and features over 15 bands including Atlanta’s own T.I. and Ludacris.  This should be a rocking event right in the heart of Midtown!  The inaugural Brookhaven Chili Cook Off is this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the heart of the soon to be formed City of Brookhaven.  Events include live music, a cornhole tournament, an artist market, children’s activities and of course CHILI!

The Candler Park Neighborhood Association is sponsoring another movie night this Saturday with the screening of Dolphin Tale.  The festivities begin at 8:00 p.m. in front of the pool house.  If you are looking for the latest gadgets and the newest trends in home improvement, check out the Fall Edition of The Atlanta Home Show at the Cobb Galleria this Friday through Sunday.  The show will include hundreds of exhibitors, hourly seminars, a backyard beer garden and “The See Thru House.”  This one of a kind exhibit shows you how a house is built and what goes on behind the walls of your home.

A Fall weekend is not complete without football!  Georgia Tech will be hosting Miami with a kickoff time of 3:00 p.m. at Bobby Dodd Stadium.  The Georgia State Panthers will be hosting Richmond at the Georgia Dome.  Kickoff time is set for 3:30 p.m.
