Last week, the common area upgrade at Clear Creek Cottages was approved by the City of Norcross. Chris McCrary, Community Development Director for Norcross, noted that it is a significant enhancement to the original scope. With a fire pit, meandering walking path, arbor and diverse plantings, the common area will be a great asset for both new and existing residents.
