Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward Rekindled

We have received the first draft of our latest new home being built in the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood in Atlanta.  The Old Fourth Ward location is minutes from some of Atlanta’s best restaurants and parks and a three block walk to the Atlanta’s Beltline, a project which provides a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting 45 neighborhoods directly to each other.

The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive economic development effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment projects currently underway in the United States. It is also two blocks from the new Historic Fourth Ward Park, which was developed with Beltline related funding. Historic Fourth Ward Park (H4WP) is a 30-acre Atlanta greenspace stretching roughly from North Avenue to Freedom Parkway.

The home will feature three bedrooms, two and one half baths and a two car garage. The home will be priced in the mid $300,000s.  For more information call Jim LaVallee 404-847-9080.
