Across the country, housing starts remain strong with numbers up 15.7% this year.  The other top ten markets include Reno, Rio Grande Valley, Southern California, Chicago, Nashville, St. George/Mesquite, Sarasota/Brandenton, Charlotte, and Naples/Ft.
