April kicks off the Spring tour of homes and festival season in Atlanta.  There are many reasons to attend a tour.  First, you can explore the different architectural styles that exist in Atlanta.  For an example, Historic Druid Hills is full of mansions from the late 1800’s and early 1900’s while Midtown features many craftsman bungalows.  A tour and neighborhood festival allows you to explore an area and meet many new people especially if you considering moving to that neighborhood.  Finally, you get to see many different decorating styles – it’s like a live version of Pinterest.  We’ve listed some of our favorite tours and festivals below.   We hope you are able to visit one this Spring!
