Atlanta BeltLine East Side Trail Clean Up Day

This past Saturday, Epic Development hosted its second clean up day on the Atlanta BeltLine.  Last Fall, we adopted the portion of the East Side Trail from the Ralph McGill Blvd bridge to Freedom Parkway including the Old Fourth Ward Skate Park and are responsible for maintaining it on a regular basis.  We had over 20 volunteers who picked up 30+ bags of trash in less than two hours.  We would like to thank our volunteers from Alexan 360, the Debbie Leonard Group at Keller Williams Realty, Builder Specialities, Heather Moll-Dunn Landscape Design and residents from the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.

We are planning our next clean up for early May.  For more information, contact Scott Eaves at scott@epicdevelopment.com or (404) 518-3820.

Epic Development is currently building modern prairie, modern and traditional style homes along the BeltLine in the neighborhoods of Virginia Highlands, Old Fourth Ward and North Ormewood Park.   View all the details of our current listings here.  For more information about homeownership or real estate investment in Atlanta call Jim LaVallee at 404-847-9080 or write Jim@EpicDevelopment.com.
