ipf-art-logo-2015The 44rd annual Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Inman Park is located just two miles east of downtown, and is Atlanta’s first planned community dating back to 1890 and is one of the nation’s first garden suburbs. The Tour of Homes starts on Friday, and features 11 homes including the Inman Park United Methodist Church.  With the entire neighborhood listed on the National Register of Historic Places, tour goers are sure to be amazed by what they see.

The festival is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, and features a juried Arts and Crafts Show with more than 150 fine artists, a street market with more than 250 vendors, music throughout the day, food from Inman Park’s awesome restaurants, a Kidzone and the city’s funkiest and most eclectic spring parade on Saturday afternoon.

Homeowners at our newest townhome development, The Water Tower Stacks, will be able to walk to the Inman Park Festival next year.  Featuring eight townhomes and two single family homes, there is one opportunity left to live in this new community.  Priced at $639,900, the townhome features a luxurious four levels of living space with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a two-car garage with additional opportunities to upgrade this unit.
