The fifth annual BeltLine Lantern Parade is this Saturday evening along the Eastside Trail. The event kicks off the Art on the BeltLine exhibit featuring over 70 visual and performance pieces along the BeltLine. The evening will begin with a tailgate style party/line up at 7:30 p.m. at Krog and Irwin Streets with the the parade beginning at 8:30 p.m. The Wasted Potential Brass Band will be leading the way and The Seed & Feed marching Abominables will be bringing up the rear! If you just want to view the parade, it will pass many of the outdoor dining patios along the Eastside Trail. You can view the parade route and schedule here. The parade will end at the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park. Everyone is encouraged to bring a lantern and light up the BeltLine!
