This Saturday the Epic Development team will attend the 32nd annual OBIE Awards Gala and the Presidents Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. The OBIE Awards began in 1980 and has grown throughout the years to now feature more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards, named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given, are the premier awards in the new home construction industry. Epic Development has won nine OBIE Awards and is competing in six categories this year.
